As a Lot Owner and to gain access to portions of this website you will need to:

• register and create a unique id that you can use to view pages and document intended for Lot Owners only.
• accept our “Terms and Conditions”
• accept the “Privacy Policy” before we accept your registration.

Upon registration your new UserID will be in a “Pending” Status and will remain there until we verify your contact information.

• You should get an eMail identifying successful registration but still in “Pending” Status
• You should get second eMail identifying that your account has been changed to “Active” Status after approval has been completed.
