Individual personal information such as name, email address, and/or phone number will only be posted on the password secure ‘Owners’ portion of the Website after the Board of Directors have received a signed Consent to Personal Information Form from the Owner/Resident

The PGRVPA Webmaster will only use email addresses to respond to Website Membership related requests.

We may use personal information where necessary to conduct Owner/Resident surveys to enhance the Website.

We will not use or disclose Owner/Resident personal information for any additional purpose unless we obtain consent to do so.

We will not sell Owner/Resident lists or personal information to other parties.

We may collect, use or disclose personal information without the Owner’s/Resident’s knowledge or consent in the following limited circumstances:

  • When the collection use or disclosure of personal information is permitted or required by law.
  • In an emergency that threatens an individual’s life, health, or personal security.
  • When the personal information is available from a public source (ex: a telephone directory or internet).
  • When we require legal advice from a lawyer.
  • For the purposes of collecting a debt.
  • To investigate an anticipated breach of an agreement or a contravention of law.

All Owner/Resident are responsible and will ensure their computers are always password protected and will never share their Login credentials or passwords with anyone.   Any discovery of breach of use, Login information or password then the user will immediately change their password and notify the PGRVPA President at presidentpgrvpa@gmail.com
